Storefront 365 Integration Framework imports all products in an online retail channel that are changed in Dynamics AX 2012 R3. If the complete catalog of products is required  to be imported into Episerver, then all products must be changed in Dynamics AX to indicate for the Dynamics e-commerce framework that the products need to be imported. The steps to make a full import using Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations is identical with the steps described in this article.

The status of the catalog is changed from Published to Draft when editing the catalog. Validate and publish the catalog when the workflow has approved the catalog. Ensure that All Products are selected when the catalog is published to enforce a complete export of the catalog. For an incremental update, select Changed products instead.

Execute Distributed Schedule 1150 to send the product information to the channel. Storefront 365 Integration Framework Stage Job will get all products of the catalog next time executed.

When the job is completed and has been applied to the retail online channel database, the Storefront 365 Integration Framework Staging Job and then the Catalog Import Job can be executed in Episerver to update Episerver product catalog. The import also includes all images and other assets that are attached to the products. The search index is updated by Episerver during the import.
